Study Space Reservation System

Room Reservation Update – Please Read!!

Beginning March 1, most study spaces and rooms will no longer be reserved through LibCal.

All general room and study space reservations must now be submitted through CourseDog Events.

You can also access CourseDog through TouroOne → Campus Resources → Campus Rooms & Reservations: TUN.

How to Submit a Student Reservation in CourseDog

1. Go to the CourseDog Events page.

2. In the bottom right corner, click “Request an Event.”

3. From the drop-down menu, select “TUN – Student Request.”

4. Complete and submit the form.

Spaces Still Reserved in LibCal (Until June 31, 2026)

The following spaces will continue to be reserved through LibCal during the transition period:

RQI Stations

Gaming PC Stations

PlayStation 5 Stations

Xbox X Stations

All other room reservations must be submitted in CourseDog.
